Steel sculpture at the Royal Scottish Academy 200th Exhibition 2026
12 June 2026
It’s great to have ‘Filter and Propulsion’ chosen as part of the Royal Scottish Academy’s 200th annual exhibition 2026. Curated by Annie Cattrell RSA, here it is in front of Callum Innes’s painting CI C 53.
With organic and industrial references the sculpture addresses nature and its vulnerability to environmental and climatic change, altering and adapting forms that are shifting and fragile within a marine world.

The RSA 200 exhibition runs from 9th May to 14th June 2026 at the Royal Scottish Academy, Edinburgh.
